Dried jackfruit seeds are seeds that have been removed from the fruit, cleaned, and then dried either naturally or through artificial means. Drying the seeds helps to preserve them for longer periods and can make them easier to store and transport. Once dried, jackfruit seeds can be roasted, boiled, or ground into flour, and they are used in various culinary dishes in many tropical regions. They are often used as a starchy ingredient in savory dishes or ground into a flour for use in baking or as a thickening agent. Additionally, jackfruit seeds are also valued for their nutritional content, as they are rich in protein, fiber, and other essential nutrients.

We do this to support organic farm practices, enable buyers to reduce food waste, create job opportunities, and encourage value addition in Uganda's emerging economy.
