Sustagrain® contains the highest fiber content of any commercially available whole grain. With a glycemic index of 25 and over 3 times the dietary fiber of oats and corn flour, and at least 10 times the fiber of brown rice, this proprietary variety of barley is truly a superfood. Sustagrain is a source of beta glucan and a tool for fiber and heart-healthy formulation needs.
