Allied Potato is able to ship potatoes from California domestically from the months of May through November each year with global exports focused on the months of May through July. Oregon and Washington potato operations will start harvest July 1st and will ship from storage through May. Exports from Washington occur from August through April. Our progressively expanding markets are tirelessly built around consistent harvest quality, precision timing, and a fantastic team of expert employees. Allied currently enjoys the largest 12 month growing and shipping operations for chipping potatoes and Chipperbec™ potatoes. We recently added our Colorado farm to become a premier potato seed growing operation in the San Luis Valley.
