Everspring Farms currently operates 2 sprouting facilities in the beautiful town of Seaforth, Ontario. One facility is dedicated to grains containing gluten, and the other dedicated for allergen free production.

We currently supply the Canadian, United States, Australian and European marketplace with sprouted ingredients for various applications within the food industry.

Sprouted chickpea flour, also commonly known as gram flour or garbanzo bean flour, is naturally gluten-free and protein packed. It is used across the world, but is particularly popular in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. It is denser and stickier than other flours, so it works well in recipes that need more structure, such as a falafel, or as a tasty thickener for soups and sauces.

Sprouted Chickpeas

Sprouted green peas are a great alternative to frozen or canned green peas. This is because sprouting peas allows you to cook them right out of the bag. No pre-soaking is required because they have already been through a soaking, sprouting and drying process. We source our organic green peas in Canada and sprout them to decrease preparation and cooking time.
