Genius Foods is a Mexican food ingredients company that has, as its main objective, to research, develop and produce food ingredients based on fibers (soluble and insoluble), fruit and vegetable powders and plant proteins that could make processed food affordable, sustainable and nutritious. We work directly with farmers and produce distributors to obtain fruits and vegetables that do not reach the shelf for aesthetic reasons and we take advantage of their nutrients, flavors and colors. We recover fruit and vegetable peels and seeds that would otherwise be wasted by processors, in order to generate ingredients with high technological functionality. Our proprietary technology generates high quality products at an affordable cost, to create new preparations with truly unique flavors and clean label.
