Golden State Herbs is a farm located in Southern California's Coachella Valley. We specialize in growing, air-drying and milling our own premium culinary herbs and leafy greens. Founded in 1980, we have become experts in our field and are well known for supplying some of the highest quality culinary herbs the Unites States has to offer.

Our pure, all natural, ground Coriander comes straight from the Coriandrum sativum plant without additives and preservatives for a unique lemony flavor with floral notes that makes everyday recipes special.

Dill Flakes

Common thyme, scientifically known as Thymus vulgaris, is a culinary herb that belongs to the mint family (Lamiaceae). It is native to the Mediterranean region but is now cultivated worldwide for its aromatic leaves. Our common thyme is grown without using harmful insecticides or chemicals and is steam treated and air dried. Because of the ideal growing conditions and soil in the Coachella Valley, the volatile oils and color of the herbs from Golden State Herbs are much higher than any other products from around the world. 

Common thyme has a strong, earthy, and slightly minty flavor with hints of lemon and pepper. It is often used to add depth of flavor to various dishes, especially savory ones.
