We upcycle spent barley from breweries and turn it into a Low-Carb, High-Protein, High-Fiber flour! Our company exists to enable people to live healthier while improving the environment and giving back one for one. How we do this is we recycle spent grains from local microbreweries after all the carbs have been removed for the making of beer. We then utilize that grain in order to make a low carb, high protein, high fiber flour! For every pound of flour we sell through our products we donate a pound to local food banks including the San Antonio Food Bank.
