The flagship ingredient solution of Harris Woolf, our natural almonds are tried, true, and continuing to grow in global appeal. With broad access to numerous cultivars and sizes, as well as expertise in meeting custom specification needs, we are excited to bring almonds to the tables of your customers.

After being harvested, almonds are transported, hulled & shelled, and cleaned at our Coalinga Facility. Almonds are then sorted and packed in accordance to customer spec and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Vertically produced and unrefined, we’ve set a new bar for transparency in sweet almond oil. Unlike most sweet almond oil, our single source solution can be traced back to the farms we source from. Made entirely of food grade input, our almond oil imparts exceptional flavor. If your customers want to know where their sweet almond oil comes from, give us a call.

After a slow roast, almonds are milled and cooled. The input is pressed, and the resulting oil is separated and stored in accordance with good manufacturing practices.

All units are labeled with product name, allergen declaration, processor name, address, weight, kosher symbol, date of manufacture, date of expiry, and lot  number.

Single Source Sweet Almond Oil

Harris Woolf is a global leader in the production of almond butter and paste with broad utility in confection, natural, non-dairy, and the greater food industry. HWA’s almond butter is produced on a state of the art line to meet the unique needs of your enterprise – whether it be to improve the formulation of your current products, or to be a key ingredient in what’s next.

The almonds are mechanically harvested, sorted, and pasteurized to ensure a safe and uniform paste. After a modern roasting method, the nuts are milled into a paste and cooled. Our production is in accordance with the USDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices, and the highest rating of Safe Quality Food Standards.

All units are labeled with product name, allergen declaration, processor name, address, weight, kosher symbol, date of manufacture, date of expiry, and lot number.

Almond Paste Butter

Move aside, almond flour! Featuring a higher protein count, a lower fat content, and an appealing roasted almond flavor, our protein powder is an ideal ingredient solution. Whether it be for plant-based protein blends, sports nutrition, defatted nut butters, or a wide array of food and beverage applications, we are your source for Plant Based with Taste.

Almonds are mechanically harvested, sorted, and pasteurized to ensure a safe and uniform input. The roasted product is then pressed into a defatted cake and ground to a fine powder.

The powder should be kept in a cool, odor free environment within a temperature range of 35 to 60 degrees F at 60% residual humidity.

That’s the equivalent of taking 53,000 cars off the road!
