The primary effective compound in ThauSweet is derived from Thaumatin which comes from a mixture of proteins isolated from the katemfe fruit of West Africa. ThauSweet is very sweet, builds slowly and is the perfect masking agent for the astringent back taste that can occur with supplemental herbs and extracts.

CitruSweet sweetness modulator increases the sweetness potencies, as well as, the elimination of the slow sweetness onset and the sweetness linger for stevia, monk fruit and other high-intensity sweeteners. Driven by the flavonoid naringenin; in its natural state, it is responsible for citrus fruit’s bitter taste. When treated with natural alkaline compounds and then hydrogenated, it becomes roughly 1500 times sweeter than sugar. When this super high-intensity sweetener is coupled with specific polyols the result is a perfect sweetener receptor positive allosteric modulator that exhibits a novel approach to sugar-like taste enabling the use of stevia, monk fruit and other high-intensity sweeteners at lower concentrations and addressing negative taste attributes.
