Nitro-Milled® White Chia Flour

To produce our watermelon protein powder, Onset Worldwide starts first by sourcing the highest quality raw watermelon seeds. We work directly with farmers and processors from all over the globe, carefully selecting those that meet our strict quality standards. We then import the seed direct to our SQF certified, allergen free facility for processing.

Watermelon seed protein powder is made by cold-pressing whole watermelon kernels to extract the oil. Once the oil is removed, the resulting pressed seed, or “press cake”, is milled into a powder.

Watermelon protein powder is a pale white color, very fine, high in protein and low in fat. Watermelon seed protein powder is popular in baked goods, bars, snacks, and baking mixes. Due to its consistency, it is also a popular additive in protein mixes, drink mixes and nutraceuticals as a protein boost.
