POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice Concentrate is a blend of polyphenol antioxidants derived from California pomegranates. Pomegranate juice concentrate retains the rich, vibrant flavor and intense color of fresh pomegranate juice but in a more condensed form. It has a sweet-tart flavor profile with subtle floral notes and a deep ruby-red color.

Due to its concentrated nature, pomegranate juice concentrate is often used as an ingredient in various food and beverage products. It can be diluted with water to make pomegranate juice, mixed with other fruit juices for flavor enhancement, or used as a natural sweetener in recipes for sauces, dressings, marinades, desserts, and beverages.

Pomegranate juice concentrate is also valued for its potential health benefits. Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants, particularly polyphenols and flavonoids, which are believed to have various health-promoting properties, including anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular benefits.
