This unique protein nugget/crumble delivers meat-like texture due to its shape and moisture absorption capacity. It’s great at absorbing colors and flavors, making it easy for product development.

PURIS P870H is the hydrolyzed low-viscosity sibling of P870, providing product developers the opportunity to create products without jeopardizing finished product viscosity. This protein imparts functional properties like emulsification, foaming, and solubility without impacting viscosity.

With neutral pH, solvent-free and great direct expanded extrusion properties, P870H is a versatile solution for super-high protein products.

Common applications include protein bars, high-inclusion ready-to-drink (RTD) protein beverages, crisps, bar layers, cereals and direct expanded extrusion products.

Pea Starch

PURIS HiLo is an acid-stable plant protein optimized for low-pH/high-acid applications. With ultra-high solubility, it can be seamlessly added to products without imparting viscosity. 

Traditionally, plant proteins have been incompatible in acidic environments due to protein precipitation, which creates an extremely chalky mouthfeel. PURIS HiLo is changing the game by creating a solution for protein fortification in acidic beverages and foods.
