Our company takes premium, hand-harvested wine grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay) from the best vineyards throughout California and instead of crushing them to make wine, we dehydrate them on the vine to super-concentrate all the flavors to transform the grapes into gourmet and crunchy raisins, called Wine Raisins®. 

One of the main differences between traditional raisins and wine raisins is the fact that wine raisins still have the antioxidant-rich seeds intact that have been caramelized and toasted inside the fruit through our special and patented drying process.  Wine Raisins and their crunchy seeds are filled with immense amounts of antioxidants, specifically epicatechins which have been proven to help prevent heart disease and cancers.
