We got our start when our CEO Claire Schlemme founded Boston’s first organic juice company and was appalled by the mountains of nutritious fruit & vegetable pulp going to waste everyday. When we learned that this same thing was happening at large food manufacturers across the country, we knew we had to act. Renewal Mill was born. 

Today, we take the byproducts of plant-based milk and turn them into nutritious, high fiber gluten-free flours. We sell those flours directly and also use them in a line of value-added products including 1-to-1 baking flour, “just add oil and water” baking mixes, and RTE cookies. All of our products are 100% plant-based. Together we believe we can bake a better future for generations to come!

Best of all, we craft our okara flour by upcycling the soybean pulp generated during soymilk production so it's better for the planet.
