Description
This natural sea salt is high purity, food grade salt, produced by an exclusive and patented process of salting out. This salt is obtained by the different of density of two brines and is a process certified by FSSC 22000. Can be used as an ingredient in products with “All Natural” labeling.

Applications
Intended for a variety of food processing applications, including baking, Soups, cheese manufacturing, meat processing, seasoning and prepared mixes. This is also popular salt for topping pretzels, crackers and processing tomato products.

Packaging and storage
Available in 50 lb., polypropylene bag. Also available in ‘big bag’ and ‘supersack’. Ideal storage is a cool, dry area, relatively free of drafts, where humidity remains below 75%. Under these conditions, the shelf life is at least 5 years though some caking may occur as no free flowing agents are present.

The salt is obtained by natural process of solar evaporation and then washed, dried and then screened. Yellow prussiate of soda as anticaking agent 8-12 ppm Typical, and 13 ppm max. When this salt is incorporated into a food product, this additive is considered incidental, non-functional and exempt from label declaration in accord with 21CFR 101.100(a)(3).
Applications Intended for a variety of food processing applications, including baking, dough, soups, cheese manufacturing, meat processing, seasoning and prepared mixes. Non-food application includes acting as carrier or a chemical and bulking agent in many household and personal care product. Contains yellow prussiate of soda as an anticaking agent.

Available in 50 lb., polypropylene bag. Also available in ‘big bag’ and ‘supersack’. Ideal storage is a cool, dry area, relatively free of drafts, where humidity
remains below 75%. Under these conditions, the minimum shelf life is at least 5 years. Standard pallet configuration 40 “x 48”, 50 bags per pallet, height: 40”.
