Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is an herbaceous biennial plant native to the high Andes of Peru and is often referred to as the perfect adaptogen, prized for its nutritive, estrogenic, tonic, balancing and aphrodisiac qualities. The Mulberry leaves (Morus) have many health benefits for humans. They contain various minerals like Calcium, Phosphorous, Magnesium and Vitamins like B1, B2, B6, C, K and A.

Amla is a medium-sized deciduous tree of the family Phyllanthaceae, found largely in the sub-tropical mountain region of South India. It is an indispensable part of the Ayurvedia and Unani system of medicine.

Amla is also known as Indian Gooseberry, Phyllanthus emblica, Emblic myrobalan, Myrobalan, Malacca Tree, or Amla from Sanskrit amalika. It is known for its edible fruit of the same name. The fruit is nearly spherical, light greenish yellow, quite smooth and hard in appearance, with six vertical stripes or furrows.

Graviola, also known as Soursop or Guanabana, is an evergreen fruit tree native to the tropical regions of Central America and the Caribbean. The Baobab, Adansonia digitata, (also known as the upside down tree, and monkey bread tree) is a drought-tolerant tree common to much of sub-Saharan Africa. It is one of the oldest trees on the planet and the species reach heights of between 5–25 m (exceptionally 30 m) tall, and up to 7 m (exceptionally 11 m) in trunk diameter.
