Turmeric is a tropical, herbaceous perennial and has been domestically cultivated in India since ancient times. As early as 3000 B.C., Turmeric plants were cultivated by the Harappan civilization. The Mulberry leaves (Morus) have many health benefits for humans. They contain various minerals like Calcium, Phosphorous, Magnesium and Vitamins like B1, B2, B6, C, K and A.
