This gluten-free flour makes a hearty, wholegrain bread that is reminiscent of a light whole wheat. It bakes with minimal labor and produces an artisan-style loaf.

It lends itself to vegan baking but easily adapts to your favorite egg and dairy recipes.

The flour is a blend of sorghum, Idaho ivory teff, millet, brown rice, white rice and sweet rice and includes a starch blend of tapioca and potato.

Available in 25 lb, 10 lb and 4 lb bags.
