Pure Mexican Vanilla Extract

Premium Natural Vanilla Blend

Tradtional, thick paste imparts the full, rich flavor of vanilla. Use in place of vanilla flavor or extract. Contains bean specks for the extra "show".

Established at the start of the Great Depression in 1929, Southern Flavoring Company, Inc.’s non-alcohol vanilla flavor was a staple in most southern households.  The vanilla was sold as fundraisers for rural church members throughout the south and promoted by the Women’s Christian Temperance Union during Prohibition due to its no alcohol recipe.   By the end of the 20th century, business expanded and nearly every small church in the South had, at one time, sold something manufactured or distributed by us.  As business evolved, baking flavors, extracts, spices, seasoning blends, essential oils and other baking and cooking consumables can be found in national retailers, small independent groceries and farm markets. Our flavors and extracts are used by thousands of bakers and caterers nationwide.  Custom blending, contract packaging and private label manufacturing are other active segments of our business utilizing our production and warehousing capabilities.


In the South Pacific there's a lush island called Tahiti where you'll find some of the best vanilla beans in the world. Our Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract boasts Tahitian beans that have been slowly worked for a month to extract the richest of flavors.
