Our fragrant rice flour is made from stone ground Basmati rice. We offer it in both brown rice and white rice.

Whole grain brown rice grits has the flavor profile of Beulah Land Tan while the white rice grits have the flavor profile of Delta Belle.

Our whole long grain brown rice is buttery and grassy with faint caramel and honey flavors, while still nutty and earthy. The kernels have a springy chew.

We also offer a field blend of our wild red rice and whole long grain brown rice as our Beulah Land Medley.

Our White Mississippi Jasmine Rice has a highly aromatic floral aroma. It is clingier with a softer bite and chew than our other long grain offerings.

Our Sable Long Grain Black Rice is sweet and slightly aromatic with a light, springy chew. The rice has distinct and separate cooking kernels.

Our Scarlett Long Grain Red Rice is grassy and herbaceous with a malty aroma and a firm, springy chew. The kernels are very distinct and non-sticky.

Our fragrant brown Mississippi Basmati has an earthy, hearty popcorn aroma with a mid-palate sweetness and a light, springy chew.

Our fragrant white Mississippi Basmati has a sweet, buttery, overtly popcorny aroma with faint lightly toasted coconut and rose aromas.
