Using our proprietary dying method to provide just the right amount of crunch, these all-natural little morsels are seriously satisfying.

Dried Wild Blueberries, dehydrated to approximately 3% moisture to achieve a crunchy texture and shelf stability. Our dried Wild Blueberries (vaccinium angustifolium), start with Canada Grade A* fruit. The Van Dyk’s are both wild blueberry growers as well as finish processors, following the quality of our products from field to package. Our fruit are dried in a unique vacuum – radiant energy system that allows the extraction of moisture at low temperatures. Our unique drying technique allows Van Dyk’s by Nature dried products to retain nutrient levels similar to that of the fresh fruit. Our dried wild blueberries are 100% non GMO, with no preservatives, oils, flavour, colour or sweeteners added. The product is compliant with Canadian, European, and USA regulations regarding pesticide residues analysis. Our current processing facility is HACCP and SQF certified and the same certifications are being pursued for our new dehydration facility.

Dried Wild Blueberries dehydrated to approximately 3% moisture and ground in a hammer mill grinder. Moisture level and particle size can be adjusted
to customer needs.

We wanted to produce a juice that retains as much goodness as possible from the whole, wild blueberries it’s made with. That’s why Van Dyk’s spent four years working with respected agricultural scientists, researching best methods and practices.

Here’s something to chew on. Our 100% Pure Dried Unsweetened Wild Blueberries are an ideal alternative to our 100% Pure Wild Blueberry Juice. And to make sure we get the perfect chew without losing any of the good stuff, our proprietary drying process helps coax the water out of each berry until they retain roughly 13% of their original moisture.
