This oil is an intensely orange liquid having the characteristic odor of the fruit. It has been processed to remove most of the waxy substances that precipitate upon mixing with alcohol.

Clarified Grapefruit Concentrate

Unwashed Pasteurized Grapefruit Pulp is prepared by removing pulp from the juice of wholesome ripe fruit from the species Citrus Paradisi, Macf. (family Rutaceae). Pulp cells have not been washed in a counter-current process and are left in a carrier of primary juice, a portion of which has been removed with a drying finisher. Product has been stabilized with heat.
