Allied Potato is able to ship potatoes from California domestically from the months of May through November each year with global exports focused on the months of May through July. Oregon and Washington potato operations will start harvest July 1st and will ship from storage through May.  Exports from Washington occur from August through April. Our progressively expanding markets are tirelessly built around consistent harvest quality, precision timing, and a fantastic team of expert employees.

This is a White Chipping Potato that is NON-GMO & Gluten Free.  It has many application options, but Chips, Fries & Wedges are the best with the inherent characteristics of this potato.
