Our line of natural and organic cashew butter products are made through the process of milling. Using 5%-8% expeller-pressed safflower oil, we’re able to create a spreadable and tasty treat. Oil separation may occur naturally with our organic cashew butter. To prevent this, stir and refrigerate or freeze.

Natural Peanut Butter is made by roasting and grinding blanched, dry roasted peanuts until they are wonderfully creamy. This product has just one ingredient, peanuts! Our secret to this great tasting product, is in our dry-roasting.

Peanut butter is available as creamy or crunchy, and salted or unsalted.

We use the finest unblanched almonds and mill them to a creamy perfection. We dry our almonds lightly to preserve the naturally sweet flavor of toasted almonds.

Sesame tahini is made with lightly roasted sesame seeds and milled to produce sesame tahini. Oil separation occurs naturally.

Our mission is to produce superior products for our customers. We are committed to sustainability and we spread integrity. A chance question from a friend, “You have a barrel roaster; why don’t you use it to make peanut butter?” led our co-founders to the peanut butter business. In 1976, Once Again Nut Butter was born. When Jeremy and Connie left Rochester for a more rural area, they moved the company into their 800-square foot basement and manufactured peanut butter there until they purchased the current facility in 1981.

Sunflower seed butter is made by roasting organically grown sunflower seeds. The seeds are milled creamy with sugar, a little bit of oil and salt. 

We have two versions of this that we produce.  One has sugar, salt and oil and one is sugar and salt free. The salt we use is iodized salt and the sugar we use is organic evaporated cane juice. The oil that is added to this product is organic high oleic sunflower oil.
