Supreme's most popular, White Long Grain Rice, contains a high percentage of starch, which produces light, dry grains that separate easily, and produces a light, firm and fluffy consistency. The taste is quite subtle which makes it extremely versatile and often used in dishes like pilaf, stuffing, casseroles, soups and a perfect bed for sauces, gravy and stews.

White Long Grain Rice

Conventional (Non-GMO)

Supreme's Brown Long Grain Rice, 4 times longer than they are wide, is a kind of whole, natural grain, beige and opaque and more intense than our white rice. The light brown color is caused by the presence of bran layers which are rich in minerals and vitamins, especially the B-complex group. Cooked brown rice has a slightly chewy texture and nut like flavor.

Brown Long Grain Rice

Supreme's Medium Grain is shorter grained and plumper than its long grain counterpart. Medium Grain is the sticky, soft and slightly clingy variety of rice that is ideal for sushi. The cooked grains are moist and cling together. This type of rice has good cohesive quality and is often used in dishes that require a bit more creaminess, like rice soups, paella, risotto, casseroles, rice pudding and other desserts.

Jasmine rice contains a natural ingredient that provides a fragrant aroma and taste. Jasmine is a softer, stickier and has a more desirable "gummy" white texture after cooking than our other varieties. With an aroma of popcorn and nutlike flavor this rice is an excellent choice for stir-fry, salads, stuffing, pilaf, and desserts.
